We Need Your Help

LeaderLab is a community of resources. We intentionally chose the term community not just to show that it is more than one blog or one journal, we also chose it because we’re trying to create a community of those how want to help leaders practice theory. In only six months of existence, we’ve found and built a home for that community. Now, we need some help from the community.

What? The stack of papers you’re looking at is the most ambitious project we’ve taken on. You’re looking at the manuscript for LeaderLab’s first book release. We’re launching another resource in the community: LeaderLab Press. The first book is working its way through editing and released at the end of the year.

Why? LeaderLab is a free resource, and will always be free to readers. However, running LeaderLab is not free. In an effort to help cover the costs of running our operation, we’ve decided to move into the publishing realm. We’re still trying to keep everything free (our first book it a compilation of resources that can be found on the site, packaged in an attractive and easy to read format: a book).

Who? All of you. Everyone in the LeaderLab family. We’re a community and we welcome anyone who wants to help us spread our mission and our resources.

How? A simple email for now. In the coming weeks, we’ll roll out our overall marketing plan. For now, if you want to be involved in helping the mission of LeaderLab, simply drop us an email and tell us you want to help.
