The End of Management

Management was perhaps the greatest invention of the 20th century. It was responsible for the huge growth of companies and new innovations. But as we move closer into the new millennium, it is looking more and more outdated. In this article in the Wall Street Journal, Alan Murray argues that business leaders need to think less like managers and more like venture capitalists.
