Derek Sivers (unknowingly) on mental models

Derek Sivers 2 minute TED talks are growing in circulation. Sivers most recent talk unknowingly presents a perfect case study of what happens when mental models contrast between individuals and cultures. He doesn’t cite Senge directly, or even use the term mental models. Still, it provides quite a compelling example.
