Teddy Bears and Ethical Decisions

Everyone once in awhile, a great study is conducted that likely has no direct implications for leading organizations yet, is so novel, it’s worth sharing. Professor Sreedhari Desai, of the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, explains such a study. They used teddy bears inside meetings rooms to help explain how childhood cues could improve employee behavior.
