Submissions
LeaderLab Quarterly is an online journal that features articles focused on the practice of leadership theory. We welcome submissions from new and established authors on a variety leadership topics including:
- Leadership
- Followership
- Motivation
- Strategy
- Emotional Intelligence
- Organizational design
- Organizational change
To be considered for publication, all articles should conform to the following guidelines:
- Article is written with a focus on scholarly-practitioners of leadership.
- Article is free of spelling and grammatical errors.
- Article includes an abstract of less than 100 words.
- Article includes a brief (2-4 sentence) biography of the author(s).
- The body of the article should be between 1,000 and 3,000 words.
- Sources should be cited using endnotes with “References” section conforming to the latest APA guidelines.
- All text, including references, is double-spaced in Arial or Times New Roman font with one-inch margins.
Please submit articles to david@theleaderlab.org as a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) attachment.
