LeaderLab Quarterly is an online journal that features articles focused on the practice of leadership theory. We welcome submissions from new and established authors on a variety leadership topics including:

• Leadership
• Followership
• Motivation
• Strategy
• Emotional Intelligence
• Organizational design
• Organizational change

To be considered for publication, all articles should conform to the following guidelines:

• Article is written with a focus on scholarly-practitioners of leadership.
• Article is free of spelling and grammatical errors.
• Article includes an abstract of less than 100 words.
• Article includes a brief (2-4 sentence) biography of the author(s).
• The body of the article should be between 1,000 and 3,000 words.
• Sources should be cited using endnotes with “References” section conforming to the latest APA guidelines.
• All text, including references, is double-spaced in Arial or Times New Roman font with one-inch margins.

Please submit articles to david@theleaderlab.org as a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) attachment.
